03. When will I receive my cards? |
|
Your order will be posted by 1st class post within 48 hours of receipt on weekdays. 93% of Royal Mail 1st class post reaches its destination the next day. We would hate for you to be disappointed so wherever possible please leave up 3 days for a card to reach you. |

04. What is your returns policy? |
|
If you are not happy, we are not happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it within 28 days for a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of single designs from within the £10 selections. All our £10 packs offer oustanding value, saving you 30% on the price of individuual cards. |

05. As a charity card club member am I committing to taking a minimum number of deliveries? |
|
Be assured that you are free to cancel your agreement with Squashed Tomato at anytime and are under no obligation to accept a minimum number of deliveries. Please give us 14 days notice of cancellation and you should instruct your bank to cancel your Direct Debit payments. |

06. As a charity card club customer how can I change my order? |
|
The easiest way to manage your account is on line using “my account”. Here you can update your contact details or make changes to your orders following the button for charity card club. Alternatively email us at email info@squashed-tomato.co.uk, write to Squashed Tomato Ltd, PO Box 171, Hexham, NE46 9AR or telephone 01434 604592. If you do want to make any changes to your account, please let us know at least 14 days before your next pack would be due. |

07. Does the charity card club only send Squashed Tomato greeting cards quarterly? |
|
Yes, all our charity card club customer’s orders are delivered on a quarterly cycle only. We never want to overload you with cards so if you ever find you need to skip an order then please email us. If you find you are running out of greeting cards before your next pack is due then our year planner gives the flexibility to adjust quantities to better suit your needs or please visit the shop for a top up. |

08. Can I have different numbers of packs in each quarter? |
|
Yes, the year planner is totally flexible allowing you to order a variety of packs in varying quantities over a year period. We do just ask you to plan for a minimum of 1 pack per quarter. |

09. As a charity card club customer will I receive the designs shown on the website? |
|
We aim to keep our website totally up to date at all times to reflect our current offering. The images shown are the range you will be sent but we reserve the right to replace designs on the rare occasion this is required. Squashed Tomato Stew is a random selection of 2 cards from each of the other 4 themes so this will vary from the exact designs. Every 3 months the cards in our £10 selections change but the themes stay the same, so the cards in your future packs will not be those currently shown on the site. |

10. As a charity card club customer will I get the same greeting cards again? |
|
Every 3 months we alter our entire card range but still buy to fit the themed packs. This means as a charity card club customer you will always receive new original designs. |

11. Are the cards in the Children's Party Time pack age specific? |
|
We try to make all our packs as multipurpose as possible so none of our children’s cards show specific ages . |

12. How much do the charities actually get? |
|
For every £10 pack sold through the charity card club your chosen charity will receive £1.50. |
